Dear fans of the Bottle Share Playlist series, we are back! Go prepare your glasses, and make sure that the beers are cold in the fridge! Today we are launching a new playlist in CRAFTED and this time we do it with the help of two magnificent selectors that I am very excited to introduce to you: Alessandra Paini and Celeste Galanda, owners and co-founders of Electric.
Electric came into our lives in the midst of the pandemic. In fact, it opened its doors for the first time at 116 Calle Entença (Barcelona) on August 4, 2020, so imagine what they have experienced, and everything that Alessandra and Celeste have had to fight through and readjust during these complicated times, to begin and carry out a personal project during such a difficult time.
I was drawn to Electric from day one; even before visiting them. The personality of its image, the creative brushstrokes, the beautiful photographs - Celeste is a professional fashion photographer - and the way they communicate on social media were some of the aspects that struck me. What I did not know is that after meeting them, that first intuition would overflow into total admiration. For them, for the bar, for the food, for the beers, for the wines, for their story, for the way they see and feel things - here you’ll find soul, my friends, a lot of heart and soul! - and for the vision they convey in their project.
Regarding Electric, they point out that “it represents our predisposition to seek what makes us feel alive. We believe in things made with love; in the connection between the product and its story. We have never been so convinced that showing your personality represents an extraordinary opportunity to distinguish yourself. We have decided to open a place where you can taste the genuine and original flavors of our cuisine, discover exuberant beers and wines, and turn up the volume.”
So let’s do it! Turn up the volume to the maximum and get ready to enjoy an exclusive Playlist full of alternative indie and punk-rock, and that closes in a beautiful way with the mythical single from an album called “Tragic Kingdom”…, do you know what song I'm talking about? Thank you Alessandra and Celeste!
