The guys from Garage Beer Co. definitely know how to organize an event.
On this occasion the celebration was more than justified: the release of their new India Pale Ale, BRIGHT (with Chinook, Palisade, Simcoe and Mosaic hops, and BRY-97 yeasts making the magic happen), just to remind everyone that they -also- know how to rule outside the trend of Hazy IPAs.
The place was packed, blues music throbbing through the air, and the delicious smell of meat from the Chivuo's grills contributed to improve the festive atmosphere and satisfy the stomachs of those who decided to face the winter cold and go to Sant Andreu.
Furthermore, is there something better than tasting a fresh batch of beer surrounded by fermenters, wood barrels and sacks of malt? I don’t think so...
