Quetsche Tilquin à l’ancienne. Lambic Style/Fruit Beer. ABV 6.4%. Fermented with destoned fresh purple plums in blend of 1 and 2 year old lambics (4 months). Re-fermented in the bottle (minimum 3 months). Matured in oak barrels. Tart. Fruity. Dry finish. Sophisticated and complex.

Jester Zinne. Collab brew with Jester King Brewery. Saison/Farmhouse Ale. ABV 5.9%. Fermented with a mix of house yeasts from both breweries. Aged 14 months in oak barrels. Citrus. Peach notes. Wood character. Funky. Sweet. Well balanced.
